Hamilton County is about 30 miles from Amstedam and about 65 miles from Albany. You can get here from Amsterdam and Johnstown by going north on Route 30 to Speculator. Also, you can use Route 8 north from Utica, Herkimer and Rome or Rt 8 south from the Northway. Our territory is concentrated around Speculator and Wells in the southern half of Hamilton County.
